University Recruitment for Two Full-time Faculties in Global Governance


The International College of Innovation, National Chengchi University in Taiwan invites applications for the full-time faculty positions.

Qualified candidates must have earned a Ph.D. in the fields related to global governance, international trade and development, information technology and cyber security, and globalization by the date of appointment or within three months thereafter. Potential candidates are expected to possess excellent language abilities including, but not limited to Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Hindi and?Burmese. In addition, a strong command of oral and written English is required.

Duties will include teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels in global governance, supervision of advanced undergraduate and graduate students, maintaining an innovative, independent, productive, externally funded research agenda, and participating in the academic life of the department.

The successful candidates must have a record of excellence in research and in teaching. Evidence of excellence in research will be demonstrated through publications in top ranked and field relevant academic journals, presentations at significant conferences, awards and accolades, and strong endorsements by referees. Evidence of excellence in teaching will be demonstrated through teaching accomplishments, strong letters of reference, and the teaching statement.

Salary to be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
