🎉 Congratulations! Associate Professor Hung-Ying Chen Has Been Awarded “Excellent Young Scholar” under the 2025 National Science and Technology Council Announcement for 2030 Cross-Generation Young Scholars Program
Associate Professor Hung-Ying Chen of the I International College of Innovation (ICI) has been selected as an Excellent Young Scholar in the 2025 National Science and Technology Council Announcement for 2030 Cross-Generation Young Scholars Program, in recognition of her outstanding potential and innovative academic energy.
The 2030 Cross-Generation Young Scholars Program aims to support young researchers in the early stages of their careers by providing stable research resources, encouraging them to focus on emerging topics, interdisciplinary studies, or international collaborations, and thus cultivating Taiwan’s next generation of scientific and technological talents.
Professor Chen has long focused on issues of climate change, sustainable cities, and energy transition. Her research is forward-looking yet socially mindful, and exemplifies interdisciplinary integration and international collaboration. This award not only affirms her scholarly strength, but also highlights the efforts of our institute in nurturing scholars with global vision and innovative capacity.
