Self-Exploratory Series: Be the Expert of Your Own
- Introduction of the Series: When things go wrong, it’s common for us to wonder: “What’s wrong with me?” Is there something about me that needs to be fixed?”
“No matter how hard I try, there’s always something I’m not satisfied with myself”
However, we also miss the opportunity to understand ourselves if we’re busy blaming ourselves. The thing is, there’s nothing needed to be “fixed”, and it’s only yourself that needs the understanding of your own the most. As long as you know the way you are, you’ll know how to make the best decision for yourself, and be able to take the initiative to deal with the situation rather than being controlled by the situation.
As a result, there’s no “one-size-fits-all” solution for everyone since everyone is so different from one another. You’re the one of your own expert.
