Outgoing Exchange

The International College of Innovation encourages all ICI students to pursue study abroad or short-term overseas research at one of our partner institutions around the world.

ICI College-Level Student Exchange Program
Documents to submit
  1. Application Form (click to download)
  2. Records of the student’s class rank from the previous semester
  3. Official transcripts (Both English and Chinese)
  4. Copy of Language Proficiency Certificate, such as TOEFL, IELTS, JLPT (taken within two years)
  5. Study plan written in Chinese or English (not exceeding one A4 page)
  6. Other documents, such as resume/curriculum vitae, letter(s) of recommendation*, relevant certificates/licenses, etc.

 

Note: Please submit the documents in PDF format

*Letter(s) of Recommendation:

– should be written in English or the official language of the country of exchange.
– the date, name/grade/department of student should be clearly stated in the letter and signed by the recommender(s)/

– maximum of two letters
-you may submit physical copies of the letter(s) in person to ICI office; if you are submitting digital copies, please inform your recommender(s) to send the signed recommendation letter(s) by email to ttsflo@g.nccu.edu.tw)

NCCU University-Level Outgoing Student Exchange Program
Handled by the NCCU International Office of Cooperation(OIC). NCCU students may apply for exchange to NCCU’s partner universities. The application period starts at the beginning of every semester. For more information, please visit the OIC student exchange website: https://oic.nccu.edu.tw/Post/693

Incoming Exchange

The International College of Innovation accepts students nominated by our partner colleges on reciprocal basis. Students can apply for the exchange program according to the requirements of your home universities.

Documents to Submit
  1. Application Form (download)
  2. Official transcript(s) in English from your home university
  3. A study plan written in Chinese or English
  4. Proof of language proficiency, such as TOEFL, IELTS, JLPT…etc
  5. A curriculum vitae or resume
  6. A letter of recommendation
  7. A photocopy of passport details
  8. Enrollment certificate in English
  9. Two passport-size photos
Application Deadline Fall Semester(Mid-September to mid-January) : Late April
Spring Semester(Late February to Late June) : Mid-October
