Effective August 1, 2026, Professor Kuang-Ta Lo from the College of Social Sciences has officially assumed office as Dean of the International College of Innovation at National Chengchi University.
Prior to assuming the deanship, Professor Lo served as Vice Dean of the College of Social Sciences. He currently serves as Director of the Taiwan Studies Center and Distinguished Professor in the Department of Public Finance. Throughout his academic career, he has been actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic administration, with extensive experience in promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and cultivating future talent. Professor Lo's contributions to teaching and university service have been widely recognized. He has received National Chengchi University's Teaching Excellence Award on three occasions, the Senior Distinguished Teacher Award twice, as well as the Excellent Academic Advisor Award and the Distinguished Service Award.
The International College of Innovation looks forward to working with Dean Lo to further advance interdisciplinary innovation, expand international collaboration, and continue fostering the College's growth and development.
