Following the launch of our AI Innovation and Application Micro Program, the International College of Innovation is excited to introduce another interdisciplinary learning opportunity:

EMI Micro Program in Sustainable Transitions in Global Governance

Complete 4 required courses (12 credits) and earn an official Certificate of Completion

As the world faces increasingly complex challenges such as climate change, ESG, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), future leaders need more than knowledge. They need the competencies to create meaningful and lasting change.

Through an English Medium Instruction (EMI) learning environment, interdisciplinary coursework, and real world global governance case studies, this micro program helps students develop five key sustainability competencies:

  • systems thinking competency
  • anticipatory competency
  • Normative Competency
  • strategic competency
  • interpersonal competency


Program Requirements
✔ 1 Fundamental Course
✔ 1 Core Course
✔ 2 Advanced Courses


Eligibility
Open to all NCCU undergraduate students.

  • No prior application required.
  • No additional credit fees for undergraduate students.
  • Students who complete all required courses with passing grades may apply for a Certificate of Completion.
