Application Process for International Students

  1. There are two application phases annually, and all bachelor’s students begin their studies in the Fall Semester each year. Before each application phase begins, the NCCU Office of International Cooperation (OIC) announces relevant information and the Admission Brochure on their website: https://nccuadmission.nccu.edu.tw/?lang=en. This brochure provides essential information about the required documents for your application.
  2. Download and complete ICI’s Application Form(download). Submit the completed form along with other required documents via the NCCU-OIC Online Application Portal.
  3. Make sure all your application materials are prepared. Once ready, upload them to the NCCU-OIC Online Application Portal: https://admission.nccu.edu.tw/intladmission (Documents should preferably be in PDF format).
  4. Wire your application fees to NCCU’s designated account and retain the receipt for your records.
  5. Wait for a confirmation email from NCCU-OIC verifying the successful submission of your application.
  6. Look out for an email from ICI with further instructions regarding the online interview. During the application process, always provide an email address you check regularly and respond promptly to avoid missing important updates or the interview schedule.
