隨著人工智慧技術的快速發展，潛意識操縱型人工智慧（Subconscious-Manipulative AI）正悄悄滲透我們的日常生活。這類系統透過深度分析龐大的數位足跡與情緒特徵，精準掌握人類的認知偏誤，並能在使用者毫無察覺的情況下，巧妙地引導其行為與決策。這種技術的廣泛應用不僅嚴重威脅了個人的自由意志與心理隱私，更可能被濫用於剝削脆弱群體或干預社會公共決策。面對這種難以察覺的「隱形推力」，傳統的法律規範與個人資料保護框架已逐漸顯得捉襟見肘，我們急須從法制監管與科技倫理的雙重角度出發，重新審視並建立更具前瞻性的防禦機制。
With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence, Subconscious-Manipulative AI is increasingly shaping our daily lives. By analyzing large amounts of digital footprints and emotional data, these systems can identify cognitive biases and subtly influence users’ behaviors and decisions without their awareness. This talk explores the ethical risks of such technologies and discusses the need for stronger legal and ethical safeguards in the AI era.
