2. Instructions for Successful Candidates
Please submit the following documents to the ICI Office by 4:00 PM on Friday, April 3, 2026. Failure to submit by this deadline will be considered as forfeiting your status:
(1) Exchange Student Consent Form (Download Attachment 1) OR
Exchange Student Forfeit Declaration Form (Download Attachment 2)
(2) Parental Consent Form (Download Attachment 3)
(3) Original receipt of the NT$5,000 deposit
Please go to the Cashier Section at the NCCU Administration Building to make deposit payment of NT$5,000 in cash. Then, submit the original receipt to the ICI office for record-keeping and future refund purposes. When making the payment, please inform the cashier at the counter to note “AY2026 International College of Innovation Exchange Student Deposit/ 115學年度創新國際學院院級薦外交換生保證金” in the remarks column.)
(4) Upon returning to Taiwan, students are required to submit the following documents to the ICI office to process the refund of the deposit:
a. Exchange Student Report (written in English)
b. Transcript from exchange university
c. Exchange Student Deposit Refund Application Form (Download Attachment 5)
After submission, the ICI office will follow the standard procedure to process the refund, which will then be disbursed to the exchange student by the university.
