Application for the “Selection of Students for ICI Overseas Student Exchange Program for 2025/26” will start on 4 Feb, 2025 to 14 March 2025(Fri), by 5:00 PM.
- Regulations:
The guideline is stipulated in accordance with the “Regulations for the Implementation of the International Exchange Student Program of the International College of Innovation, National Chengchi University”(Click here to download) and the academic agreements between the partner colleges and ICI-NCCU.
- Eligibility:
Please refer to Article 2 of “Regulations for the Implementation of the International Exchange Student Program of the International College of Innovation, National Chengchi University” for eligibility to apply. Students who pass the selection and is nominated by ICI-NCCU is required to remain enrolled as a full-time student of NCCU.
In the case where students from other departments apply, priority will be given to students from ICI-NCCU, followed by students who are double majors, minors, and students who have previously taken courses offered by ICI-NCCU.
- Period of Exchange:
2025 Fall Semester/2026 Spring Semester.
(In principle, the exchange period granted to each applicant will be limited to one semester.)
※ Applications for the ICI Overseas Student Exchange Program will open once a year, in February. Students interested in participating in the exchange program at ICI’s partner colleges during the Fall Semester of 2025 or the Spring Semester of 2026 must submit their applications before the specified deadline.
- Application Deadline and Procedure:
Applications open on the date of the announcement, and the deadline is 14 March, 2025 (Friday), by 5:00 PM.

(2) Records of the student’s class rank from the previous semester
(3) Both English and Chinese NCCU Official Transcript
(4) Language Proficiency Test Certificate (such as TOEFL, IELTS,etc. Must be taken within the past 2 years.)
(5) Study Plan (Not exceeding one A4 page)
(6) Other Supplementary or Supporting Materials:
- CV/Resume
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (maximum of two copies)
- Relevant certificates or licenses

※ Letter(s) of Recommendation:
- Must be written in English or the official language of the exchange destination.
- Should include the date, student’s name, grade, and department, and be signed by the recommender(s).
- A maximum of two letters may be submitted.
- Original letter(s) can be delivered in person to the ICI office. If submitting digital copies, please request your recommender(s) to send the signed letter(s) directly to ttsflo@g.nccu.edu.tw via email.
- Selection Procedure:
All application materials will be reviewed by the International Admissions Committee of ICI. Face-to-face interviews will not be conducted.

- Selection Results Announcement:
The selection results will be announced before 1 April 2025 on the ICI-NCCU website.
- Deposit Payment for Exchange Qualification:
Students who have been granted exchange qualification must pay a deposit of NT$5,000 to the NCCU Cashier Section at the NCCU Administration Building between the date of the announcement and before 3:00 p.m. on 11 April,2025(Fri) to confirm their participation in the exchange program. Please submit the proof of deposit payment to the ICI office after making the payment.
The deposit will be fully refunded, without interest, upon submission of the refund application after the student completes the exchange program and returns to their home university.
